Rent Out the Palace

Our Historic Art Deco Theatre features 291 seats, state of the art sound and lighting, and projection capabilities. The stage is 24 feet wide and 33 feet deep. The Sonja Asendorf Lobby features a concession area for selling snacks, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages.

Our 75-seat black box theatre is located just around the corner from the Palace, at 216 West 8th St. The theatre has lighting and sound capabilities, and the audience is seated on three sides of the stage. The stage is 19 feet wide and 17 feet deep. The lobby has a concession area for selling snacks, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages. You will also have access to dressing rooms and a green room.

The Doug Smith Performance Center is located at 206 West 2nd St., just 6 blocks north of the Palace. Home of the Georgetown Palace Education Programs, this beautiful building opened in 2020. It features a beautiful spacious lobby for small groups, concession sales, and a 168-seat proscenium performance space. It has LED lighting and sound, as well as a video wall. The stage is 28 foot wide by 15 feet deep.
